Extremely disappointing. I booked a “Full Head Weave”, as I have always done, as there were only 2 options available (she has now changed it) yet Helen was confrontational after my appointment, blamed me for her mistake, and demanded extra payment. She spoke rudely in front of others and refused to listen when I tried to explain. She then cancelled my appointment after it had taken place, likely to block my review. Appointment also started 30 mins late. Very dismissive. Screenshots available.

Staff are so friendly and do amazing job with my hair. I need a cut for ends of my hair before getting twist in that will last at least a month. They also offer a lovely tea, I had a relaxing experience and left with a fantastic hairstyle. Thank you
