Originally wanted hair coloured but failed the patch test. This means that Helen's has excellent health and safety practice. Aidam was thorough, friendly, kept checking if everything was ok. Aidam asked what style I wanted. Offered refreshments. Premises clean and well maintained. Aidam was very efficient and gave information on aftercare. Pleased with my braids, excellent service. I went to Helen’s with damaged hair from a botched treatment at another salon, I went for a short chin bob cutt and since then have been going monthly . Everything is 10/10 and my hair is the best it’s ever been. The Japanese head spa and Eritrean butter treatment is out of this world , please book this to experience hair heaven it is amazing I get it monthly and my hair is soft , long, no shedding, thick and healthy root to tip. Helen does my treatments and Adiam is my stylist both amazing!
