I received a very rude and unfriendly service from the owner and the Sri Lankan lady. But the lady washing my hair Sega and the lady doing my hair Iris were both lovely and did a good job.

They didn't seem to know about my booking when I arrived for my appointment and then wasted 15 minutes getting ready. The Pedicure then took so long that there wasn't time to do the Manicure as I had to go back to work. Not able to speak to the therapist as she didn't speak English. I had to then go back the next day for the manicure. Very frustrating.
