Was so rude when I arrived, they were obviously busy so I just waited by the desk and was told to sit down and be patient. Didn’t ask if I’d booked, just assumed I was a walk in, even when I told them I’d booked for a specific treatment. I booked an intensive conditioning treatment which I didn’t get, and when I asked they said they didn’t know what I was talking about. Had a cut, didn’t ask how I wanted it styled and just did it how she wanted. Absolute rubbish, will never go back.

Terrible experience - the nail lady ended up washing my hair (as they seemed to be too busy) and managed to pour water all the way down my back. Also was incredibly rough and splashed soapy water all over me, my face and my clothing. I then had 3 changes of people cutting and blow drying my hair - not very relaxing. The final issue was that they blow dried it curly without even asking what I wanted (my hair is straights so this was odd); once I could see I curl I then had to ask them to straighten it.
