I really like how the way my blowdry came out however my appointment was booked at 11am however my hair did not start until 11:30am therefore I had to spend more money on the parking machine which is annoying and no one apologised for the lateness or compensated me

Extremely disappointing. I booked a “Full Head Weave”, as I have always done, as there were only 2 options available (she has now changed it) yet Helen was confrontational after my appointment, blamed me for her mistake, and demanded extra payment. She spoke rudely in front of others and refused to listen when I tried to explain. She then cancelled my appointment after it had taken place, likely to block my review. Appointment also started 30 mins late. Very dismissive. Screenshots available.
