Very friendly staff, highly skilled. You get a lot for what you pay. I normally get the Olaplex hair treatment + cut/wash/blow-dry with Andrea, and she always do a great job.

My only problem is that I booked my treatment at 10:30am via treatwell but the "waxing staff" only started arriving at 11am, which meant I had to wait 30min. I guess the problem was coming from the website which is why I was patient. The treatment was really good, very quick and not very painful (I'm usually very sensitive). Good experience overall.
