This place used to have a nice atmosphere, happy people. This time it was completely different which changed the whole experience. The greeting was poor, the waxing was done well but extremely rushed and the manicure was being done beautifully by a lady until the boss came and called her not in a nice way to serve another client. The shellac nails lasted around 3 weeks but one of the hands had a dull finish, no idea why

Sol was amazing! She was quick, extremely thoughrough and nice, making the wax as painless as possible. Unfortunately I ended up paying £10 more than expected because what I wanted, clean everywhere apart from a strip in the front, is there called a Hollywood and not a Brazilian as described on the majority of the salons on Treatwell.

I had an appointment with Sol (who I think is in the treatwell system as Solo), who was very professional, and also very nice. I had a full Hollywood wax and she was very quick while still being very thorough, with as little pain as possible, and she was lovely and pleasant throughout the whole process.
