Price was very good however I thought the manger was rude me and my friend booked to do our nails the same time but that didn’t happen. Also the pricing is bizarre I did a full set of Acrylics which is normally 20 pounds at the shop but I paid 14 pound via Treatwell. My friend did Infills which cost 15 pounds at the shop but my friend paid 16 on treatwell. When confronting the manager she was very rude. There were other customers arguing because they had booked appointments but weren’t seem to as there was only 2 nail technician one being experienced and one not.
Manicure
As always Helen knows what she is doing. I explained what kind of cut I would like and she cut it exactly like that. Years of experience means she is fast and quality is always very high.

Brazilian Waxing
As usual a wonderful atmosphere, with a helpful curtous team with excellent customer service skills. I recomend anyone/everyone to visit and experience H&G's A++ service.
