I had to wait 20 min although I booked a time. It was not clear who to speak with to let them know I have arrived. Also the hair salon staff and the nail specialist dont seem to communicate as they got my type of manicure wrong and at the end I had to pay extra.

I love this place and this is the first time I have been to this salon. The lady Idris (maybe Iris?) she is fantastic and kept me laughing during my whole appointment. Bikini wax I was worried about because I haven't had my bikini line done in a year. She was brilliant and it was actually pain free. I was not sticky when I put my jogging bottoms on and I did not feel oily on my legs whatsoever. 100% would recommend and I look forward to going back to them again!
