The manicure was nice enough for the money but i had an appointment at 6pm for which i went early 10 mins and I was attended at 6:45! They made me wait 45 mins and then it felt rushed because they were closing. They were cleaning with the doors opened and hoovering which made the atmosphere in the place extremely unpleasant. The guy who was doing the manicure was obviously rushing to finish. Very poor management of their appointments.. the only reason I stayed is because i paid for it in advance but 45 mins waiting is completely unacceptable.

NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED, TOOK MY MONEY AND PROVIDED A WELL BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE!!
They took too much of my hair off, washed my hair and it was still dirty and the “deep conditioning treatment” they claim to offer wa shuts conditoner in a normal bottle left in for 2 mins with a pathetic rub and then washed out. I was in and out within 30mins and it says it’s meant to be an hour long. Rude staff who spoke in their own language the whole time and ignored the customers.
I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!!!
