Overall cleanliness wasn’t great, the towels in particular. When I get home I could actually smell damp from my feet.. also the colour was no where near what I picked from the samples!! Opted for “orchard garden” - a pinky grey, lighter than what I usually go for but seeing as it’s summer.. ended up with neon pink! The three stars are for the rest of the treatment - had proper attention to hard skin areas and really well massaged and treated but will not be back given the other issues

The brazilian wax wasn't great. Had the hot wax and the technician waxed with huge strips which made it extremely painful and uncomfortable. At home I also discovered that lots of hairs had been left behind as well as some of my skin torn off. Won't be going back.
