The staff was nice. The effect of lash lift is medium (I've had them way nicer done but it's not terrible either, look ok).
However the whole experience! There's no separate room for the treatment. They put me on a regular chair and gave a pillow under my head. Staying in half-horizontal, half-vertical position for an hour was more then uncomfortable. All of this just next to the entrance. A lot of noise as well.
The therapist was super nice, but wasn't very gentle. She ordered my eyelashes with bare hands, what resulted in a couple of them having weird shape.
Again, the effect is ok, but the whole experience wasn't.
