It was my first time, the staff was fantastic, couldn’t ask for better customer service. I was screaming from time to time as I found it very painful and maybe next time I will stick to just bikini waxing. When I got home I realised there was few hair left out but then again I wasn’t the perfect customer and couldn’t deal with the pain, so can’t blame the lady!
