Venue was really well presented but very noisy. You could hear everyone walking around upstairs above you so it was never quiet.
Therapist was very nice and friendly.
I had paid in advance for hot wax brazilian and underarm with strip wax for legs. I got a strip wax on my underarm which left me a little raw and with red marks for 4 days after (hence why I only ever use hot wax) so this was disappointing. When I go back I will make sure they do not use strip wax on underarm again.
The staff were really nice, great value and the waxing itself was done very well so I will go back.

Good experience generally - good advice on my hair and the blow dry was great - I was a little disappointed that I would have to pay more to get my hair straightened though.
