Staff needs training in customer service! While sat on the chair there was 4-5 customer that stormed off angry
Partly because of language barrier or no understanding of customer needs.
A part from that very clean and updated salon perfectly located very close to Goldhawk Road station

I am blonde and had my hair highlighted, however after advice that I should have a toner added too, my hair went very ashy/grey. The staff were very friendly and offered to correct it, however after doing so, though it’s less ashy, it’s not my usual bright blonde and the condition of my hair is awful. Though the staff were apologetic and happy to help, I wouldn’t recommend getting blonde highlights here based on my experience
