The venue was nice enough, but as a hair salon upstairs there was a lot of hair on the floor and could have been a bit cleaner. Treatment was ok, but not sure the therapist was that experienced using hot wax, as she let it dry too hard and then it was very painful to get off (I’ve been having hot wax for years). Doing legs and Hollywood at the same time just felt a bit stressful.

Highly recommend this place. I booked for 12.15 today but I got there earlier than expected and I was taken downstairs to the wax room. Jyoti was really nice, she made me at ease and it was not painful, not at all. The room was clean, she put the air con when I said I was sweating as I walked so fast to get there on time. Staff is very friendly, they always are. This is my fifth time going there for a wax and I’m always satisfied.
