I originally booked for 7pm. Then someone called me from the shop, a few days before the appointment, to let me know that they close at seven and moved my appointment to 6.30pm. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the shop, around 6.15pm and got in at 7pm, due to delays with precedent customers. The room was dirty and the service rushed because I was the last customer of the day. I am not impressed at all.
