I had been here before and I normally like the service but this time I am quite disappointed. I booked Hollywood wax and full legs via Treatwell, however when I got there they said that the booking was only for full legs despite having booked and paid for both. The girl said she had another appointment in 25 min so she basically rushed to give me the 2 treatments I had paid for. Therefore I found it more painful than before. I was not given a towel to cover myself while she was doing my legs so I felt naked without my underwear on. Also, the paper I was lying on was very thin (I believe it was a very cheap one) and when my legs got sticky from the wax it got stuck all over them and I ended up lying on the bed with no paper or towel on. Honestly, that bed did not look too clean. I chose this place as it is an economic option but I would rather pay more next time than coming back here.
