Staff were rude and unhelpful. They did half a treatment and tried to make me pay extra. I ended up just leaving after them having done a rubbish job.

The wax was thorough, but a bit slow. The therapist would only out hot wax on one or 2 areas and wait for it to dry, rather than doing multiple areas like other therapists. I also said I needed to get my shellac removed so she started to pull it off my fingernails, which was painful and left bits on. I said I would like to wait and get it removed properly, but when we went upstairs the salon manager / boss said they were too busy. A weird experience.
