I was able to be seen and get my waxing done before my original appointment time. Once I finished Amrita the lady who did my waxing was able to also do my upper lip even though I hadn’t booked it through Treatwell. I left the salon very happy 😊

I went in for my highlights and regrowth be changed over to a blended balayge look. Told the hairdresser if I have selected the wrong option from the app that we earlier discussed over the phone, let me know ill be happy to pay the extra cost.
She told me how she was going to do the treatment and to 'trust' her. We said she will do low lights through the hair and redo my roots with a brown tone and dye it a bit down the hair. Sounded right to me. The hairdresser said it will be a bit more which i agreed on the price.
I can see during the treatment she is blending the brown on the roots but not as far down as i wanted, i spoke up about it and she said i paid for roots. Again i said ill pay more if need to be. I already agreed to the extra cost. my hair now looks less blonde because of the low lights she put through and are still up to my roots, i didnt leave with a balayge look or anywhere near one or the image i showed her. Just now more brown is between my 'was perfect blonde' and more browner roots. My blonde looks dull and doesn't blend with the brown. I dont see how putting brown on my brown roots is a root colour we discussed.
Totally disappointed and by 7:30pm with an hour and half travel to get home, I couldn't be bothered arguing or disputing. I said thanks, brushed it off and left but will not be going back to this salon/hairdresser who can not give the look you asked for or willing to pay for especially when you've travelled a good hour and half by public transport because they sounded confident in what they were doing.
Save your money and time and go elsewhere
Now im forking out more money for someone else to fix it, and you will too
