this experience was not good at all, the lady was rushing, took no care towards me and the wax was too hot and was burning my skin and when i had mentioned this she did nothing about it. Furthermore when she had finished there was still hair there when i got home so i felt i did not get my money’s worth. I was also made very uncomfortable towards the comment made to the appearance of my stomach as i had just had a baby 8 weeks prior. Very disappointed

I always come back to this Salon, not only for the excellent services provided, but for the people who always take great care of me. Today I had the pleasure to be helped by Komal, she has taken care of me since I walked in, she greeted me and then offered a drink. Waxing for a a lot of people it can be very painful and cause anxiety. However, Komal’s gentle touch made me feel like I was just resting after a long day working. We had a lovely chat and the treatment looked perfect. Thank you 😊

I really enjoy going to H&G Hairdressing Salon. It has a lovely ambience, spotlessly clean. Friendly stylists, very caring and efficient. My whole experience there is excellent. Love Chathu, she is a very skilled all round hairdresser Always pleasant, great hospitality, offering you tea or coffee. I thoroughly recommend this positive Hairdressing and Beauty Salon.

This was marked my favorite place to go for a wax for or a bit but after the last wax I had I'm really unsure I'll ever go back. The rooms and rates are great and the first woman who waxed me was absolutely amazing. However, this time around my waxer was incredibly insulting, rolled her eyes at me because I said I couldn't afford something I wasn't in for, made me bleed, then blamed it on my skin type (I don't bleed during waxes unless they wax the same spot over and over again). The experience made me feel really uncomfortable, especially as it's such a vulnerable treatment. The other 2 times I've gone it was fine, so I think it was just this person.
