Stylist was nice but the results ended up awful. The colour I chose (and I changed my choice 3 times as per her advice) had nothing to do with what I ended up with. Roots bright orange and the rest of the hair looked like a faded lilac, as if the product didn't work well. My hair was very damaged and I wanted a clean cut to rip off all that. She still left a big protein of damaged hair on and the cut is totally uneven.
Blow-dry inexistent. I had to dye and cut it myself at home straight away
