Seema was amazing, she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I was the last person in the salon just before closing time and Seema took her time and did not rush my appointment, paying close attention to detail. Will definitely book again.

I thoroughly recommend H&G Hairdressing and Beauty Salon. It has a great atmosphere, friendly, welcoming staff. They treat you with respect. My hairdresser, Chathu, is an excellent stylist. She is caring, friendly, always has a smile on her face. Nothing is too much trouble for Chathu. Also Helen who is the owner of H&G runs a very good welcoming establishment. H&G is located on the Goldhawk Road, beside the tube station. Good location and easy to get there.

Everything went well up until the payment. I was charged £15 extra for something that I had already paid for via the app. I realised this right after I left the salon so I went back and I was told I should have checked what the Treatwell treatment included when I paid.
They gave the money back after a little argument but they did not apologise for overcharging and made it look like it was my fault that I was overcharged.
