This place is the best in the area for waxing and eyebrows, however the facial is a very big let down. My first time facial experience involved:
1. The face sponge not being clean, smelling of dampness
2. Waiting over 30 minutes to be seen even with prior booking
3. Chose a herbal facial but received a different one as they did not have the product
4. Was not served by my specified treatment lady named on my Treatwell booking
5. The lady serving didn’t have any real technique to the facial. I don’t think she quite understood where facial pressure points are and just ended up rigorously rubbing product all over my face, most of which was in my hair and in my mouth. Also, everywhere else I’d get a shoulder rub or a hand massage during the face mask but was left alone at this salon :(
6. Upstairs noise can be quite disruptive during treatments which can take away from the relaxation experience
Overall, you can get the same facial at the same price in neighbouring salons which are more value for your money
