I booked my appointment and I had to return later as their treatwell account was not updated so they could not see my booking. The haircut and blow-dry itself were on average. I asked for a waves blow-dry and I got a straight one but at least it was nicely done. No maximum respect of Covid-19 prevention rules as they all kept their masks below the nose or didn't wear them at all. The environment was clean but the brushes they were about to use on my hair were full of someone else's hair.

I LOVED my cut and ombré/balayage with Lali. I have never been this happy with the colour before, and I’ve been getting balayaged for some time now. Now I know what good looks like. The tone is perfect - and slightly more daring: Lali knew exactly what she was doing and I couldn’t be more pleased with her service. Helen, the owner was very kind as well.
