I could not enter the shop without a mask which I wore thoughout however none of the hairdressers or staff was wearing one. I got no introduction from Helen when I did confirm my appointment. I did not feel like a valued customer. She instructed the nail technitan to wash my hair while she was busy doing someone else hair despite my appointment with her at 4pm I was prompt on time, I booked two weeks ago. Then I sat with my hair wet waiting, while she mumbled she would be with me soon.

The studio was nice, staff were nice and friendly. I’ve done manicure treatment and unfortunately when I got home after couple hours the nail polish is removing off. Which is such a shame. I wouldn not expect this after fresh manicure.
