At Helen's salon I had a great experience. I love my haircut, Helen and her team are very professional, quick, knowledgeable and very friendly.

My highlights were done very nicely, I’m very pleased with how they look.
However, asking me to pay an additional £15 halfway through the highlights being done is unprofessional and felt like a scam.
It certainly means I wouldn’t visit the salon again.
