I waited more than one hour whereas I booked an appointment. I expected at least a little discount for this long waiting which ruined my afternoon.
The relaxer is quite expensive especially to relaxe the growths (£65). Nothing else is include in the price (no blow dry, no trim). £65 only for relaxing the growths.

The beautician I saw yesterday was lovely but half way through she got ushered off to thread someone’s eyebrows. I was left waiting for 10-15 minutes! My shellac has also chipped on most fingers just one day after appliance, so I’m not best pleased. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get a retouch given the above circumstances.
