Hair was cut a fair bit shorter than I asked, also, when there's a knot, how about stop pulling the hairbrush and ripping out the hair from my scalp?! Made my eyes water, she was so rough. It was a nice day and the salon was closing, very much got the impression that they wanted to leave in a hurry as felt very rushed. Won't be going again.
