This salon doesn’t know or understand what customer service is. I booked and paid online I turned up on time but had to wait 25 minutes because there was another customer who walked in to do tinted eyebrows. They are always short staffed. Always high turn over of staff. Not once did the owner apologise for running late nor anyone else did. What’s the point of having the booking service who paid already? And making them wait. Anyway. Waxing was 4/10. I had to remind the lady to wax my legs.
