10/10, Grace was very patient and reassuring! I was coming on my period so I was quite sensitive but Grace was fast and effective. All hair was removed within a single strip! Second time being seen by grace and will surely go back in future.

The atmosphere and experience was lovely! calm and straightforward. Gracey was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the manicure is all chipped less than 24 hours after being done 🙁
