1. No COVID-19 measurements
When I entered the store, I wasn’t advised to use hand sanitizer/ wear mask. I noticed the therapist was wearing mask but not fully covered her nose. She didn’t even sanitise her hands and keep having physical contact with me.
2. Horrible service
She was rough at removing my dead skin, which afterwards, my skill around the nail were bleeding.
The colour wasn’t right, not to mention the manicure doesn’t even last long!

Best facial I've ever had!! Gracy did an amazing job, she was very thorough, friendly and explained what she was going to do. The whole experience was super relaxing and my face feels very clean now. I will definitely be coming back!
