I booked a manicure and pedicure with Gracy, and Gracy wasn't there. It took 4 hours in total and the guy made me bleed a lot and said it was my fault that I was bleeding: "Oh my God you bleeding too much" I have been told. This time I got also charged 2 pounds more than last time (a month ago) for shellac removal.

Alex was amazing! Firstly, my wash (shampoo and conditioner) was awesome! Firm hands and amazing head massage. My service was a cut and blow dry and Alex over exceeded my expectations working with my poorly cut fringe blending into a new style. I’m restyled and my hair is fabulous, I’ve had so many compliments and it’s not been 24hours, I am so happy. Oh and Alex makes an awesome herbal tea :)
