I was absolutely delighted to discover Helen's hair salon after looking around for a long time to find a good hair salon in W11. Helen was immediately warm, friendly and professional as I entered and her colleagues were just as nice. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness, cleanliness and atmosphere of the salon. Helen did my hair beautifully. She knew exactly what to do. I walked in with stiff, brittle, frizzy hair and walked out with soft, glossy hair which moved effortlessly!

I think this is a good salon. Kind and polite staff and good atmosphere. They are good at what they do and if you want a good blowout, straightening, it's the place to be. One thing I will say is if you want afro-styling -- i.e. you want to keep your hair coily/curly I don't think it's the place for you.
