My only comment would be both times I have pre booked an appointment I have had to wait approx. 30 mins before we got started, otherwise perfect

Didn’t rush the manicure, took the time to ensure was done to a high quality. Beautiful salon and lovely staff.
Better than other salons I’ve been in London as they take care to ensure your nails don’t get ruined at all.

Lula did a great job on turning my very old brunette /blonde balyage into a natural, bright honey tone all over. She was not only lovely but very accomodating and got the colour spot on. Couldn't recommend Helen's salon enough, will definitely be back!
