I have been getting my hair done at Helen's of London for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Helen is brilliant but so are her team. I love the atmosphere and I always feel better when I leave. They are simply the best.

I liked the way Lula really tried to understand what I expected but still suggested the most suitable cut based on her view of my hair.

My only comment would be both times I have pre booked an appointment I have had to wait approx. 30 mins before we got started, otherwise perfect
