I have very light and thin hair prompt for curving when cut short, and therefore asked for a straight line cut. The hairdresser suggested layers for volume. Whilst it looked good at the salon, by the time I’ve got home, the layers were ‘floating’ in different directions. It was not the desired look and I would have preferred to keep the straight line cut, as originally asked. The layers by the face were too short. I will be wearing a ponytail for a few weeks till my hair grows back.
