Great experience, love my new hair! Golden blonde balayage came out perfectly. Staff are all so friendly and Helen knows exactly what she's doing when it comes to hair. I would highly recommend.

First time trying the Decleor product, very enjoyable facial. Very knowledgeable therapist.
The only improvement point, is the music, as the treatment rooms are downstairs it can be a bit noisy with the stairs traffic. So permanent music would be better.
