This was my second visit to Helen Castle for an aromatherapy massage. It was even an even better experience than my first massage as I knew what to expect and I felt totally relaxed and also uplifted. I feel that Helen is a very good, competent and professional therapist and she was willing to change her massage according to my current needs. Thank you Helen for helping me to wind down and relax!

Absolutely loved the experience. Best back, neck and shoulder massage I've ever had. Told Helen of areas of soreness and she worked more on them for me and loosened them off perfectly. Have recommended Helen to everyone in my gym training group. Will definately make regular visits.
