Heena was lovely, gentle and made me feel comfortable. The facial was relaxing especially because of the ambience. I lived the extra massage around the neck and shoulders too.

As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed very nicely and pffered something to drink. Rachel was very friendly and made my waxing experience easy and not stressful at all. Very efficient job done considering my hair was quite hard and broken. I will defintely recommend and will be returning.

Rachel and the gentleman at reception were great. They were warm and welcoming. The pedicure area could be better lit for the therapists.
