The hairdresser was really lovely, nice cut and everything was on time. I cycled to the location so it wasn't an issue but there are a lot of long corridors!
It was a very pleasant experience having a haircut at hectik. My stylist was friendly, very considerate of my needs and very helpful. The place was a little difficult to find but once there very calm and away from hustle and bustle. I would recommend it.
I went for a cut and blow dry on the £20 offer.
I knew where the Chelsea Club was before my visit but still the little gated entrance was hard to spot in the dark, and then finding the salon within the club itself was tricky. It is situated on the lowest level (most of the club is underground) and down a long corridor without any signs.
Once I had found it I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my stylist was warm, friendly and helpful. He asked what I wanted, understood exactly what I was talking about and wanted. Very professional, could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and understood my hair type. It was a good experience overall. The blow dry looked really good when he was done and even better my hair is cut well so it looks good after the cut, once I'd washed it.
Cut and blow dry for £20 was great value and was very satisfied.

This could be difficult to find as it is in the basement of the Chelsea Harbour Club, along from Sainsburys in Fulham. However, it is worth the effort - and certainly with the Wahanda voucher.
I had a splendid cut & blow dry, but then it should be as the stylist is also a lecturer in hairdressing. I would happily go there again, as it is the best cut since we moved to London. Do try it!

I ordered an online deal via wahanda for the £50 cut and colour service to get my hair done for my Birthday, I received a confirmation of this appointment from wahanda, traveled very far out of my way to get to the salon, when I arrived, the receptionist told me there was no trace of my appointment and that the hairdresser had actually gone home hours ago so I could not have the service.
I ended up going to another salong down the road called 'Glamour Cuts' who were absolutely brilliant.
Be wary of these deals!
