I was very disappointed with this treatment. For me this was the second visit to Hectik and the first one a few months ago wasn't this bad. I booked my visit through Treatwell, I booked for half head highlights and paid £64. As soon as I arrived, the stylist looked pretty annoyed about the fact that I booked through Treatwell and paid £64. She made very clear to me that this price that I paid was only for first time customers, not for me as I was there for the second time. She told me she was going to go ahead, but next time she told me I should book directly with them. That was not a good start. The rest of the story you can imagine, she did the highlights so quickly and carelessly, that they don't seem to be highlights. She didn't took the time to split my hair in small pieces, and in some parts of my hair she just took a bunch of hair and coloured it. I even have the right side of my hair with much more colour than the left side. Pretty appalling. And to me it was all down to the fact that she wasn't happy with my booking and the money I paid. They should have made this clear beforehand, or should have called me before to check with me, and maybe I wouldn't have gone ahead with it.
So definetly, I'm not coming back and I wouldn't recommend them.
Nice salon and staff. I was very happy with my haircut and would recommend this venue.
