Went to Hectik Hair for the first time. I originally booked my appointment for 10am, however they quickly phoned me to explain that the slot was taken and were accommodating in getting me a new time, which was 12pm. Whilst it was busy and I arrived 15 minutes early, they saw to me straight away. Very helpful staff and my hairdresser was wonderful in sorting out what I wanted done. I showed her a picture and she was off! Quite affordable and my hair looked fabulous afterwards.
Ladies' Haircuts
The Treatwell app had changed the date to Tues when it showed available times which I didn't notice so I turned up on Sunday. The manager Mike couldn't have been more accommodating even though it was my fault. He fitted me in and cut my hair himself. The cut was fabulous!! I probably should have been charged a weekend and senior stylist rate but he charged as per the app. I really liked this hairdressers. It's got a good vibe and is very professional. I'll definitely go back and would highly recommend.
Despite numerous text reminders when I arrived at the salon I wasn't on their system so they weren't expecting me. Thankfully the stylist was able to fit me in, she was lovely and she did a great job of the hair cut. However if she hadn't been able to fit me in it would have been a nightmare as I'd rearranged work to make the appointment.
Ladies' Haircuts
I had booked the Kerasilk treatment but Helen (my stylist) discussed this with me and felt that a different treatment was more suitable for my hair. As she's the expert I followed her advice and I'm absolutely delighted with the outcome. I should add that this treatment was actually much cheaper than the one I'd chosen and she arranged for me to be recompensed for the difference in cost. I was delighted with the whole experience and I'm really pleased with the results, thank you so much!!
