I used to go to Hebe all the time, then got sidetracked to other salons even though the service was always great. I had a very lovely haircut here in December 2018 and should have kept coming back. I’ve had some fairly dreadful haircuts in other places so am so happy Hebe is here with its consistently high quality service, caring and experienced stylists, and so inexpensive for the quality it offers. Cannot recommend enough, five stars!
