I’ve only been to this place twice now (I’m new to London) and I’ve always been cautious about new hair salons because I’ve had bad experiences in the past but after the first visit I knew I would make this my regular spot… very welcoming and professional energy and I had two different hair stylists so far and loved my hair both times I left (head colour and cut)

The staff at the salon were truly lovely — my hairdresser was warm, friendly, and clearly wanted to give me a good experience. However, I was a little disappointed overall. The salon itself feels quite dated, and the tools and products used didn’t seem particularly high quality — especially the hair straighteners, which felt a bit cheap.
As for the blow dry, while it was fine, it wasn’t the voluminous, bouncy style I was hoping for — it looked more like something I could have done at home.
