Firstly I would like to say that when I first walked into the salon the ladies were so lovely. I felt welcome and chevron was very friendly, chatty and overall the salon was great.
Unfortunately the Brazilian blow dry treatment I had was not great. I waited the minimum 24 hours and then some to was it out. Wash my hair, blow dried and now I'm left with a giant fuzz ball on my head. I don't have Afro hair, I have curly hair/ very wavy hair and now I've got neither straight or curly hair it's in the middle and feel unmanageable. I got the treatment done as I'm travelling for 3 months. I didn't want to have to worry about the frizz and now it's just discussing. I was charged 25 pounds on top for the tiniest trim at the end. All up 125 pounds down the drain. I'm devastated as I don't have the money or time to fix this mess before I leave.
