This is a lovely, modern, clean salon right on the Strand. From the moment I arrived everyone was friendly and quick, and there was no problem with my booking being through Treatwell. Charlie, my stylist, was fantastic, chatty and instantly put me at my ease, but also asked all the right questions and gave me a cut I'm extremely happy with. I'll definitely be back and will be recommending to all my friends!

Had a sudden "haircut needed" moment and found Hebe on Treatwell. It's 2 doors away from where I work so great location for me! I booked an appointment on line while on the train into London and was delighted with the 50% discount offer as I booked an off-peak appointment. All the staff were really friendly, Alex provided a lovely head massage while she conditioned my hair and Charlie took one look at the picture I gave her and knew exactly what I wanted! I left the salon 50 mins later totally happy with my new "do" and amazed that I was back at my desk within 1 hour! They obviously realise that clients are generally on a lunch break but at no time did the cut/blow dry feel rushed in any way. Will definitely be going back and will recommend to all my friends at work - great place!!
Made a last minute appointment for a cut and finish, but felt like the stylist was in a rush the whole time. She didn't spend much time checking her work, no attention to detail - she started chopping away with thinning scissors to the point that my hair is now a bit uneven. Probably best to stick to salons that I know from now on.
