I'll definitely be coming back, had a great wash, cut and blow dry for a very reasonable price for Central London, the staff were really lovely and I was very happy with the results, Would definitely recommend!

Second time here and it was as good as the first - I had a different stylist this time (I can't remember her name but she was Romanian and absolutely lovely) and again my haircut was perfect. As it was a Saturday the salon was busy and running slightly behind time, but I didn't mind as I would rather be patient and let the stylist take their time! Thanks again Hebe, and I will definitely be back for a third time.

Bottom line - I walked out of the salon with hair that I absolutely loved. My colour was fabulous and my stylist (Darren) took real trouble over the colour - talking me through my choices & ensuring the foils were left on for just the right amount of time. He also gave me a fabulous cut & a blow dry I loved - wonderful! The only thing that let it down slightly is that you're charged an additional sum (£12 I think) for having more than one colour to your highlights - I didn't mind paying this at all, it just felt like a "hidden" charge to me. Also, if they got a decent coffee machine it would've been an all round 5 star experience, but for the money I paid, this was also totally fair (I'll go again & take my own coffee!).

I got this appointment under a special offer which is what pushed me to hive it a go, that and some reviews I read on here.
I can honestly say that I was not disappointed at all. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted expertly, the gentleman at the desk 'said hi Natasha' before I even said I had an appointment. Being acknowledged is always nice. I was asked if I wanted a drink before my coat was taken from me, then guided to a waiting seat and offered a plethora of magazines whilst my stylist for the day introduced himself to me and apologised that he was just finishing another client.
I wasn't kept waiting long and was worked on from start to finish and never left waiting in my seat as unfortunately in Afro hair salons, is so often the norm. I left the salon feeling great about what the stylist did with my hair, he listened to what I wanted and acted accordingly, above expectations.
I can honestly say that this was a refreshing experience and an all round great salon with welcoming staff. I will be telling my family and friends, black and white as you cater to both.
My hair looks fab! I will be returning!

The hairdresser I had was nice but all I remember from the appointment was my hair being pulled hard with the round brushes during the blow dry - painful! I've not had this rough treatment anywhere else so this is why I'm rating it as okay only as the end result was just that - I also ended up with more than an inch of hair cut off so it's shorter than I would like and my fringe which I have been growing out is now at an awkward length and too thick.
