Really great experience. As soon as I arrived the hairdresser was chatting away, took my coat and asked if I would like a drink. Following a consultation she took me over to the washing station. Here I was made to feel relaxed, chatting with my hairdresser and even the pair next to us.
During the haircut the hairdresser was careful to follow my instructions, cutting each section slightly longer than I asked so that after styling she could 'customise' to my exact look. I LOVED THIS. Great experience,
