I really relish my trips to Hebe. My hair isn't the easiest to work with but without fail Everytime I go for a wash and blowdry, my hair looks fantastic! On top of that the style lasts!! The staff are very conscientious of my needs and offer their recommendations as well when it comes to styling. I would recommend them 100% and can't wait to go again!

I went in for a full head of highlights and a cut/blow dry with a senior stylist. The foils were really rushed by the hairdresser and I now have badger-esque bleach streaks. They didn't use any product/heat protector whilst brushing or styling, I felt like she completely dried out my hair. I had to wash it as soon as I got home, the blow dry was awful and I wasn't offered a drink until an hour and a half into my treatment. A couple of the stylists seemed great and other peoples looked nice, however I was expecting more from an experienced senior stylist.

It was my first time visiting this salon. Very happy with the overall result of my highlights. I've been to high-end salons in London that charged me much more and still fell short of my expectations and I would leave not getting the look I wanted. The colorist at Hebe actually listened to what I wanted and gave her advice and opinions to get the results that I was looking for. And my highlights came out lovely. The ambience is more low-key than other salons I have visited, which I did like and I felt very comfortable. There was a bit of a mix-up as far as the price when I had to pay, but the staff were very helpful and fixed the discrepancy, even gave me a discount! I'll definitely come back. Great deal for my money.
