Overall the actual service - permanent hair colour - can't really be faulted. I was able to talk through what I wanted with the stylist beforehand and she gave me lots of good advice and was really lovely and polite.
However - I opted to pay at the salon as I wanted to consider some additional treatments but I was talked out of these by the hairdresser. Then I was informed that the price wasn't correct and that I had to pay £25 more than was specified as it was a "complete change of colour" - well not really! As I went from almost black to more brownish and hardly the 'honey brown' I came in for (though I do understand that this cannot always be done in one session). I selected 'permanent colour' on Wahanda so I don't really get what extra I was paying for...
Got to be honest and say I will never use the salon again or recommend to a friend as ultimately I ended up feeling like I had been conned. Real shame as the hair styling itself was good. But the money issue ruined my excitement about the service - which isn't the feeling you want to come out of a hair salon with!

I am very happy with my highlights, cut and blow dry. I had a lovely stylist who made sure that my cut and colour was exactly what I wanted. I was offered refreshments and magazines regularly. A great service and I would recommend this salon to a friend.

I had an amazing haircut! I booked with the creative director as I thought the discount was amazing. I went for a re-style with my hair MUCH shorter and felt totally safe in my hairdresser's hands. I showed her a picture of what I was after and she was very enthusiastic offering to take a before and after picture for me. I was thrilled with the results. No long wait at the salon, lovely hair wash, clean and professional salon. 5 out of 5.

Hebe is always really reliable for a quick tidy up. All I need is a trim and they do it perfectly every time.
