salon certainly lacks a bit of ambience, but I was pleased with my highlights. The only thing was, my appointment was in the evening (6pm) and even though it says the salon is open until 8pm, I was the last person in there at 7pm and I felt they were rushing to get my hair finished so they could leave, as a result - not the best hair cut i've ever had - stylist just took a pair of thinning scissors to it and hacked into it like Edward Scissorhands. So I just very quickly said "that's great thanks", so she'd stop before I looked like a scarecrow. hmm not the best £105 i've ever spent.

I had a hair up for an evening dinner. My hair started to fall out on the tube back from the salon!!!! Couldn't believe it, felt rushed the next appointment was sat next to me watching and complete rush job on my hair. Would not recommend for hair up at all. Not what you pay money for, she must have took about 20 minutes on my hair and usually minimum 1 hour. Will not be using again
Centrally located venue. Friendly staff who listened to my requests. Generally satisfied with the colour. I can recommend the colour option. Would definitely go back.
